“A farm includes the passion of the farmer's heart, the interest of the farm's customers, the biological activity in the soil, the pleasantness of the air about the farm -- it's everything touching, emanating from, and supplying that landscape. A farm is virtually a living organism.”

- Joel Salatin

Furlong Creek Farm CSA Shares

Members will receive a weekly box of produce from the farm. Buying a share in our farm allows you to pick up an allotment of fresh, local vegetables throughout the growing season. The season will start June 25th through October 1st 2024. Although we are not certified organic we practice as such with the goal to continually amend our soil, leaving it better off than when we started. We fertilize our soil using only organic amenders and all produce is grown WITHOUT chemical pesticides, herbicides, and GMO's (genetically modified organisms). Here at Furlong Creek Farm we have a large variety of heirloom vegetables with unsurpassed flavor.

Some of the varieties we will be offering this year include: Asparagus, Arugula, Basil, Beans, Brussel Sprouts, Beets, Bok Choy, Bib Lettuce, Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Corn, English Cucumbers, Cabbage, Chili Peppers, Chives, Dill, Garlic, Kale, Lettuce, Onions, Peppers, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Radishes, Rutabagas, Snap Peas, Spinach, Summer Squash, Tomatoes, Winter Squash & Zucchini.

"The Furlong Creek Farm family offers some outstanding food to our community. We just enjoyed our first CSA box which included baby carrots, beets, lettuce, arugula, kale, radishes & herbs. Looking forward to the variety that will come as other vegetables ripen. We also purchased meats, including steak and ground lamb. Everything was fresh and delicious. And I didn't need to go into a grocery store!"
